What kind of pets do you allow?

We allow cats and dogs. There is no weight limit for dogs; however we do have breed restrictions. Exotic pets are approved on a case by case basis.

How many pets may I have?

We allow two pets per apartment.

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

Yes, there is a $35 monthly pet rent per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.
